Kirk Medas: Kirk is a reality TV star from MTV’s Floribama Shore going on its 3rd season. Kirk is also a Fashion Nova Ambassador and Instagram influencer. Kirk will be bringing the perspective of what to do after getting an international platform.

Justin Weatherford: Justin is and has been an account manager for multiple facebook and youtube accounts with fan/followings greater than 1M. Justin will be bringing the perspective of what these brands did right and what they did wrong to monetize.

Keith Zadig (KZ): KZ is a musician, an artist, entrepreneur, entertainer, and creative. KZ will be bringing the perspective of what it takes to build a large enough audience to quit your job and pursue a music career.


1. Do I need a notebook? Notebook’s are optional, but can be useful as our attendees have spoken to the amount of valuable content they have been able to take away and reflect on.

2. Is this a panel or a networking group? HSTL-ATL is a one of a kind event that takes traditional networking and blends it with an impactful panel dicussion in the middle. You will leave with not only having made solid connection, but also armed with information you can apply moving forward.

3. Will we get time for Q&A? Yes, we have specifically set aside 10-15 minutes for questions from the audience at the end of each panel to be sure that you get the information need. Come prepared with questions if you feel inclined to do so. Panelists usually stay afterward to chop it up with the crowd as well.

4. Who is the target market for this group? The target market is primarily young professionals in the under-30 scene. While guests of all ages are invited, HSTL Up predominantly focuses on individuals in their 20’s & 30’s who want more for than a traditional 9 to 5. This group was created for like minded HSTLRS who are creating a life by design and not living life on default.

5. What do I wear? Great question, you should come in whatever you feel your best in. Whether that’s a suit, dress, sports coat, t’shirt, jeans, blouse, etc. Whatever brings out your best self or highest energy is what you should show up in!
